Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using M101's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

M101 provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing services
• E-commerce solutions
• UI/UX design services
• SEO and analytics services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide necessary access to systems and accounts
• Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees due on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or provision of materials may extend project timelines. We will communicate any potential delays promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client owns the final deliverables and custom code
• M101 retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
• Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
• M101 may showcase completed work in portfolio

7. Warranties and Support

We provide:

• 90-day warranty on bug fixes for custom development
• 30-day support period for questions and minor adjustments
• Ongoing support available through separate agreements
• No warranty on third-party components or services

8. Limitation of Liability

M101's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Client is responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Client responsible for payment of completed work
• Deliverables provided upon full payment

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
